Role Overview: Join our team and be part of the Excellence Explorer Squad. This team is vital for enhancing the adoption of the SAP eco system post-implementation, aiming to maximize platform usage in commercial sites and manufacturing plants. You will assist stakeholders in addressing pain points and improve customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director - Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply, your work will involve collaboration with Global SCM, Quality teams, and local Process Owners. Responsibilities: - Support global template reviews and manage change approvals. - Build collaborative relationships with Local Business Process Owners and Key Users. - Provide inputs for Global Business Process Owner and Project Manager. - Manage medium complexity projects. - Participate in workshops, testing, training, and go-live processes. - Ensure effective communication with EPM colleagues for process improvements.

Qualifications
Higher education in relevant IT fields
SAP R/3 relevant module certification or equivalent
Project management certification (e.g. PMI) and Six Sigma green belt certification are advantageous
Requirements
Broad IT knowledge with in-depth SAP SCM (SD/PP/MM) and QM solutions experience
3-5 years hands-on SAP customizing experience
ERP Specialist background in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries
Knowledge in computer system validation is preferred
Familiarity with software implementation methods and techniques
